1. Acceptance of Policy and Scope

We process Personal Data solely for the purpose of providing transportation services and operating our business efficiently and securely.
By interacting with us, submitting your information, or using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Your Personal Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where Impress Global Services or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.

2.1 Data Collected for Booking and Service Fulfillment

In order to provide transportation services, we process Personal Data necessary to create, manage, and fulfill bookings. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing details, pickup and drop-off locations, travel itinerary, flight details, and any special instructions related to your trip.
Payment-related data is processed through secure third-party providers. Where applicable, encrypted payment data may be retained for billing and accounting purposes. Sensitive authentication data is never stored after authorization.

2.2 Account and Profile Data

If you create an account or interact with our systems as a registered or corporate user, we may process account credentials, booking history, preferences, and communication settings. This allows us to manage your account and improve service efficiency.

2.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you access our systems, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating systems, referral URLs, and usage behavior.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

We share Personal Data only where necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Affiliate transportation providers and chauffeurs for trip fulfillment

  • Technology providers supporting our systems 
  • Legal authorities where required

All third parties are contractually required to protect Personal Data and process it only for specified purposes. Where our affiliates or service providers process Personal Data, they will do so solely on our instructions and have undertaken to comply with strict contractual requirements for the security of your data (including, but not limited to, complying with this Privacy Policy). We do not sell or rent Personal Data.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, and maintain business records.
Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required, unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Data. These include encryption of certain information (such as credit card numbers) using secure socket layer technology (SSL), definition and monitoring of IT security standards aligned with industry regulations, application of safeguard firewalls and anti-virus tools to detect/prevent attacks, continuous system monitoring for security risks and maintenance of patch updated infrastructure, and security awareness trainings to our personnel.
With specific regard to credit card information, we comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") by designing, implementing, and maintaining a coherent set of standards and procedures to manage risks to cardholder data. We also conduct yearly PCI DSS audits.
We regularly review, test, and update our security policies and systems to meet the highest standards of data security. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Communications

We may send service-related communications necessary to fulfill bookings and provide customer support. These communications cannot be opted out of.
Marketing communications are sent only where consent has been provided, and you may opt out at any time.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:

  • Access your Personal Data: Access to and portability of your data are available upon request.  
  • Request corrections or deletion: You may request corrections or deletion of your personal data. 
  • Account deactivation: You may request that your account is deactivated and no longer visible. However, Impress Global Services must maintain your information to comply with legal obligations.
  • Restrict or object to processing: You can object or restrict data processing in certain limited circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.

9. Information for EU Residents (GDPR)

9.1 Legal Basis for Processing

Impress Global Services processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The primary legal bases upon which we rely are as follows:

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests in providing chauffeured transportation services;
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; and
  • Article 6(1)(e) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, where applicable.

9.2 Voluntary Provision of Personal Data

The provision of personal data is not a statutory requirement. However, certain personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of your transportation request and the performance of our contractual obligations. Failure to provide such data may result in our inability to deliver services in full.

When processing your Personal Data, we rely on the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), an EU-wide legal framework for the standardization of data protection. Impress Global Services primarily processes data as a controller, for the purposes explained above under Sections 2, 3, & 4 of this Privacy Policy.

9.3 Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

In order to fulfill transportation requests, your personal data may be disclosed to pre-approved affiliate operators within our network. All such affiliates are contractually obligated to process your personal data in strict compliance with applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with our internal data protection standards. Impress Global Services does not disclose personal data to unvetted third parties. In certain circumstances, we may be legally required to disclose personal data to competent criminal prosecution or tax authorities upon lawful request.

9.4 International Data Transfers

As a company headquartered in the United States, the transfer of your personal data outside of the European Union or European Economic Area may be necessary. The United States is classified as a "Third Country" under the GDPR and is not presumed to offer an equivalent level of data protection as that afforded within the EU. Impress Global Services mitigates this risk by ensuring that all international data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms, in full compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

9.5 Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a natural person and data subject under the GDPR, you are entitled to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right of Access — Article 15 GDPR: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, where applicable, to access that data;
  • Right to Rectification — Article 16 GDPR: the right to require correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Right to Erasure — Article 17 GDPR: the right to require deletion of your personal data where no lawful basis for continued processing exists;
  • Right to Restriction of Processing — Article 18 GDPR: the right to require that processing of your personal data be restricted in certain circumstances;

Right to Lodge a Complaint — Article 77 GDPR: the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

9.6 Right to Object – Article 21 GDPR

You have the right, at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data where such processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. Upon receipt of a valid objection, Impress Global Services shall cease processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You further have the unconditional right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it is related to such direct marketing. Upon exercise of this right, your personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes.

10. SMS Communications and Privacy

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Impress Global Services, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including booking confirmations, trip updates, reminders, and customer support communications.

We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, booking details, and communication preferences in order to provide and improve our transportation services.

Your personal information may be shared with service providers, affiliate transportation partners, payment processors, and technology vendors solely for operational and service fulfillment purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our Services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
