Meet Zamzamah Ishfaq

Hi everyone! I'm Zamzamah Ishfaq, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology. My academic background has taught me the value of precision, creativity, and continuous learning.

I currently work as a Reservationist, where I manage new reservations through emails and calls, assist clients with booking inquiries, and handle changes to existing reservations. I enjoy helping create a smooth and hassle-free experience for every client from the very first interaction.

Outside of work, I love cooking and writing. Whether I'm trying out a new recipe or putting my thoughts into words, I enjoy activities that let me be both creative and expressive.

Fun fact: I have a collection of currency coins from different countries. Every coin has its own story, and I love adding unique pieces to my collection whenever I get the chance.
