Meet Ali Kabeer

Hi everyone! I'm Ali Kabeer, and I currently serve as the Director of Global Operations. I completed my Master's in Business, but if you ask me where I learned the most, I'd probably say from solving real-world problems that don't come with instruction manuals.

Outside of work, my playlist changes daily, my movie watchlist never ends, and you'll usually find me following basketball, MMA, or looking for someone brave enough to play a game of chess or poker. I love competition, strategy, and anything that keeps my brain engaged.

As Director of Global Operations, my job is simple to explain but rarely simple to do. I build systems that scale, support teams across the globe, and make sure the business keeps moving forward, even when things get messy. I genuinely enjoy being the person people call when everyone else says, "This one's impossible."

Fun fact: I treat operations like a game of chess. Every move has a purpose, every challenge has a solution, and I always try to stay three moves ahead. Also, if you ever want to debate the greatest basketball player of all time or talk movies, I'm probably already in.
